Help needed, my vegetative pepper plants leaves are drooping and the plants are leaning.
Here's my DIY propagator, temp settings and control, humidity control, grow and LED lights, air circulation fans control and soil.
85 litters storage box
Soil temperature set to 24-25 Celsius (75-77 Fahrenheit), 125 watts heater with dimmer control set to 60 watts. 20-21 Celsius (68-70 Fahrenheit) propagator ambient temperature.
65 to 80% humidity controlled by opening or closing the lid, or by adding some water to the river sand covering the heater.
Lighting: 2 grow lights1 blue and red, 1 full spectrum, 1 warm white round surface LED light, 2 cool white surface LED lights, each have it's own on off switch. Almost 4700lux when all are lit.
2 fixed 5x5cm (2x2inches) 12VDC fans speed controlled by a variable regulated voltage adapter.
Seeds sowed in cocopeat pellets moved to 8x8x7cm pots (3.15×3.15×2.75 inches) filled with approximately 80% soil and 20% goat manure, watering 50 to 60 ml a pot every two to three days using a syringe.
Could it be that I'm watering when the soil is dry but the cocopeat are still holding moisture so I'm over watering without noticing it?

How’s your drainage with that soil mix? It looks pretty dense.
The seedling is leaning because it only has small roots and has fallen over. You can just straighten it up again.
My vote is that they’re trying to find a better light source. Temu almost all suck and don’t output even close to what’s advertised. Temu sells one decent seed starting light (1 square foot panel with real plug not USB around $20), and one decent fruiting light (Jamsung 150 watt, on sale today for $38, I’ve been happy paying up to $50.) At $38 id definitely get the Jamsung and use it for both stages because it’s dimmable.
With the lights you have you should put the setup next to a window.
The VPD will be on the low end for 80% RH@25C.
Slightly lower RH could be benificial. For 25C room VPD, I would aim for 65-70%RH
Peppers do not like their roots heated. The only time you need a heat mat is when you are sprouting. After they are sprouted take the heat away or it will cause problems.
How long are the lights on per 24 hours?
