As stated I made a salsa and it’s come out too acidic. They sent me heirloom tomatoes instead of my normal Roma. I tried adding small bit of sugar but it didn’t dilute it enough. Is there another way? This is not too acidic due to limes or anything, just the tomatoes.

You can try cooking the salsa! Cooking tomatoes can help reduce their acidity.
Fry it
Add some sugar or sweetener
Add some onion and mild pepers and blend it again
Salt?
Give it some honey, it will give it a sweet heat build up:
Baking soda cuts acidity. Just use a pinch. People use it in marinara sauce all the time to neutralize some of the acidity of tomatoes.
