    One question though, why 2 types of mayo? For a more genuine flavour or because of the Olive Oil? I would’ve gone with only the Light, but I’m curious as to why go with both 🙂

    Mixing the full fat and light mayo is a nifty trick to maximise flavour and minimise calories!
