    * halloumi tacos with avocado, sweetcorn salsa and sweet potato fries
    * shrimp and peas mac ‘n’ cheese bake
    * rice paper dumplings with tofu, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, and green onion
    * jacket potatoes with tuna, sweetcorn, green onions and butter, cheddar, greek yogurt
    * homemade california roll, spicy imitation crab roll, and tempura avocado roll

    It all looks delicious! Do you end up with a lot of leftovers? I love to cook big dinners but I only do it a few times a week because there’s always leftovers to eat up.
