My head chef stuck his hand in the food processor yesterday. Cut 3 fingers. Blood everywhere. Back in today as far as I know

When I was a GM it was a requirement to wear a cut proof glove when you used the mandolin or slicers.

The julienne attachment is fucking terrifying. I have to chuck five kg of carrots through it every week, and it’s the second worst part of my job, lol.

My manager gave me a chain mail glove. I had no idea why. He said “today you’re slicing tomatoes.” Then he introduced me to the slicer. I was 16. Damn glad I had that chainmail glove. Fuck the service industry.
