



Made the most amazing bergamot, yuzu, soy, sesame & ginger sauce to toss in the seared scallops at the last minute and OMG I think these might be my favourite way to eat scallops 👌🏽
I made the stir fry sauce with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, & a dash of Kewpie mayo.
