  2. Yum! But also – doesnโ€™t hot tap water just have trace chemicals/minerals from the hot water heater? Like bits of the pipe or anode rod?

  3. You is not concious mind..
That is not a bagel bread..

    That is a Donut dough..
There is a hole in center.. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

I know.. coz I eat Donuts..
    I know is shape..

  4. I just had a bagel with salmon roe / ikura instead of lox and holy shit โ€” incredible! 1000% โ€” you should try!

  5. Chef!!!!! If you ever get a chance to go towards healdsburg, ca, theirs an AMAZING ice cream place that was featured on the food network! Itโ€™s called noble folk, and I think youโ€™d love their ice cream and pies!

  6. Boiling in Honey water is traditionally a Montreal style of making bagels while NY bagels use just tap or water with barley malt, but looks delicious.

  7. Hot tap water is dirty. Sitting in a tank in the basement vs cold water that comes in fresh on demand. Thatโ€™s why chefs never use it to make stock. You should know this chef.
