Does this actually have 14 carbs or does erythritol factor in here?
GT's Mushroom Elixir, just wondering how this would impact in terms of net carbs.

14g carbs, 9g sugar/added sugar, and Erythritol 9g on top of that? It all counts and not good for you.

either the calories are wrong or the carbs are wrong. 14g of carbs is more like 56 calories

It’s 14 total carbs but your probably looking for impact carbs which you can subtract erythritol and any fiber is it had it.

Serving size is also one bottle?

The erythritol doesn’t count, one bottle is 5 net carbs

Bro it’s 20 total calories for the whole bottle. With 0g protein and 0g of fat that leaves carbs, so 4-5g of actual sugar. Each carb is 4-5 calories

You subtract sugar alcohols and fibre from the total carbs to get net carbs if that’s why you’re counting. So this drink has 5 net carbs.

The total carbs are 14g… 5g for total sugars and 9g erythritol. 5g carbs X 4 calories each = 20 calories. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol so it doesn’t have calories but it still counts as a carbohydrate.
