$2.50/lb wings on sale this week. Cooked up four pounds with three more packages in the freezer. Tossed in baking powder, rested for 6hrs uncovered in fridge, cooked at 400 in oven (air fry mode), then cooked again at 450 until crispy. Sauce for wife mix of OG Franks, butter, and soy sauce. My mix Franks Xtra Hot and Korean capsaicin powder.
