Food content creator and cookbook author Nate Anthony, known as Bored of Lunch on TikTok, has been gearing his followers up for the big day, providing simple, scrummy recipes that can be done with minimal effort. Nate shared a simple and snappy veg recipe for anyone looking to give their side dishes a festive flair back at the beginning of the month, giving one of the most popular Christmas veggies a well-deserved makeover.

Air Fryer Honey & Bacon Wrapped Carrots
Ingredients
Method
Microwave the carrots for five minutes so they soften, removing the need to boil. However, you can boil the carrots until tender, if you prefer.
Wrap each of the baby carrots in bacon then drizzle in honey. Place the carrots in the air fryer, air frying for 12 minutes at 190℃.
Once cooked, garnish the carrots with the herbs and nuts. Serve immediately with your Christmas dinner – enjoy!
