Ciao. Ottima ricetta. Continuo a consigliarti di aggiungere zollette di ghiaccio alle teste dei gamberi subito dopo l'alloro. Dopo lo shock termico le zollette si sciolgono, diventano acqua e la cottura prosegue come al solito. Il freddo del vino non basta. Ancora ti suggerisco di cuocere il riso in padella ;olio di oliva + riso, aspetta due minuti perché il riso si riscaldi poi sfuma con vino bianco e prosegui aggiungendo il brodo dei gamberi poco per volte, girando continuamente. Il riso assorbe il sapore dei gamberi, poi prezzemolo e polpa dei gamberi. Sono con di seguirti. Continua così.

Allerdings meistem mit Linguine – Spaghetti, Reis hat den Vorteil wenn er mit dem Schalensud aufgekocht wird, schmeckt das ganze
sehr aromatisch, aber auch Linguine mit Soße.
Die Schalen mache ich in der Pfanne – sehr heiß anbraten + Gewürze – mit Eiswürfel abschrecken ! Für bestes Aroma.
Am meisten verwende ich Argentinische Wildgarnelen.
