Kirkland wings smoked with Kirkland pellets. Wife made these dry rubbed with a mix of onion/garlic/cayenne/chili powder/paprika/siazon goya/msg. No salt directly added to rub mix.
Hot sauce of choice added individually instead of slathering it on right away (using local made hot sauces or whatever fun stuff we procure while traveling… sometimes mixed with maple syrup – try it.)
