I finally got the courage to bake with my month old sourdough starter. I'm sure there are 100 ways I can improve, but I'm proud of my first attempt.

Looks good! How is inside?

I used [this](https://preppykitchen.com/sourdough-bread/) recipe, that I saw suggested somewhere else, but I’ve been using wholemeal flour to feed it so played with the flour ratios a bit.
310g of lukewarm water
120g wholemeal starter
420g strong bread flour
80g wholemeal flour
12g salt
3g yeast (the started is only a month old, so I wanted to give myself the best chance to rise)

I did a bulk rise for 12 hours over night.
