How ‘done’ is this steak?

I just read on another post in this sub that 'well done' should still show pink. I think there were downvotes.

But it got me thinking, is this rare or medium rare? Purchased from Costco.

Ignore the rice. Mrs Petrolsnorter decided it was needed to balance things out because I forgot to get mushrooms.
