Best pellet smoker attachment ever! Stanbroil is the brand. Max temp I can get with an infrared thermometer is almost 800F. That is with a Camp Chef MZXT 24. And yes, you can taste the pellet smoke and not the parchment paper! I used a BM bourbon pecan pellet. I just need to learn how to turn the pizza on the peel better. Sorry for the dirty smoker exterior.

    been looking at one of these. how high do you set your controller ?

    I’ve read people say around 400 on the controller is hot enough for the oven to get 600+ but if you crank it all the way up, you end up nuking stuff in the oven
