Ingredients for 4 to 6 Servings:

*** 200 grams of mushrooms (sliced)
*** 1 medium onion (diced)
*** 300 grams of ground beef – you can also use diced chicken instead of beef
*** 1 teaspoon turmeric
*** Salt, black pepper, Garlic powder (to taste)
*** Paprika and pulbiber (to taste)
*** 2 colored bell peppers
*** 2–3 tablespoons of tomato sauce (ketchup)
*** Mozzarella cheese
*** Ready-made phyllo dough

Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice the mushrooms thinly and sauté them until their moisture evaporates.
2. Dice the onion finely and sauté it until golden.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric to the onions.
4. Add 300 grams of ground meat and cook until slightly browned.
5. Mix in the spices (salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika).
6. Add the diced bell peppers (I used two colors) and let them sauté briefly.
7. Add the sautéed mushrooms to the mixture.
8. Stir in 2–3 tablespoons of tomato sauce (ketchup).
9. Once the mixture cools, add mozzarella cheese to your desired amount.
10. Shape the ready-made phyllo dough into cones as shown in the video.
11. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the filling into each cone.
12. Seal the edges of the dough with a little water.
13. Fry the cones in very hot oil until golden, being careful as the dough is thin and fries quickly.

Your delicious appetizer is ready to enjoy!
