I felt as though I was improving my latte art consistently but when I have tried the last few weeks, I can barely make a tulip; I’m not really sure what’s happened? All of our drinks are made with a double shot. We got a new coffee machine a while ago, and it puts more water into the espresso than it used to. This leaves very little room in the cup to do latte art. How does one overcome this? Any tips?
