Looks fantastic. Do you think tying it up would make it any better next time or too much extra effort without added benefit?
The thinking is the more round the roast is, the more evenly cooked it will get but it looks like similar temp all the way around. Maybe slightly more done at the edges but that could be due to a sear.

My 7 year old would murder me for taking that much fat cap off (he’s a bean pole and that’s his fav part), but you did an exceptional job start to finish. Good show.
