Gingerbread man from danish pastry house in Toronto, was light n crispy.. I’m prolly overestimating but Is 380 a good estimate??

380 is likely a bit too high. Without the icing, I’d guess around 300-330, only because it seems it might be rather dense. If you have a scale then that could help with a closer estimate, but ~330 (factoring in the icing) is what I would input.

One normal heart gingerbread is like 20 calories, they are slightly thinner than that but there is no way this is so much, so i would say max 200 but i think its less
