One day I’ll go to the Northeastern states and eat all these cool sandwiches. I think that area is probably the most interesting in the world for regional sandwiches. This looks nuts OP.

Sometimes can be a bit too sloppy, but still a classic. I should go to Mike’s in Everett this week.

My Dad picked me up a bottle of James River sauce from Bill and Bob’s in Salem. I’ll make the most authentic north shore roast beef this side of the Mississip’

The Modern Butcher in Danvers is my favorite. They only sell beefs on Saturdays, but damn they’re in a league of their own. Lifechanging sandwich.
