    Very nice. I don’t like Dill on beef, but I do love it on lamb. To each his or her own. Sear is great nicely done

    Last week I did a pan seared steak and basted with butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Used the drippings and herbs as a garnish. It was delicious πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
