Ingredients (makes 30)
230 gr all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs, room temperature
165 gr granulated sugar
113 gr vegetable oil or unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp anise extract
2 tsp vanilla extract

For lemon pizzelle: replace the anise and vanilla extracts with 1 tsp lemon extract and 2 tsp grated lemon zest
For orange pizzelle: replace the anise and vanilla extracts with 1 tsp orange extract and 2 tsp grated orang zest
You can also dip the pizzelle into melted milk or semi-sweet chocolate!
