WHERE CAN I FIND icecream like this. This is from Chocolats Favoris in Canada

The icecream is so rich and not over sweet. Chocolate with dipped chocolate fudge like texture. Would love to find something similar in LA. Place is called Chocolats Favoris and they are only in Canada
