I saw a post previously and I know I'm supposed to store the fishcakes and broth separately. But what I want to know further is that – how long can I store it for in the fridge? And will it be ok to keep it outside the fridge for one day considering it's winter months?

    You can keep it in a freezer for several days but less than a week. In this cold weather, keeping it outside for overnight is also not that risky. Nevertheless it is always better when you eat it as soon as possible. If you have Gochujang and Tteok, you can also reuse your fishcake soup to make Tteokbokki.
