These recipes are quick and easy to make AND are meat free so perfect if you’re on a vegetarian or vegan diet. RECIPES

Tempeh bacon
1 pack tempeh 200g
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
(adapted by the minimalist baker recipe)

Cottage cheese muffins (I just added the zest of a lemon too)

Tzatziki
500g yogurt
1/2 cucumber
1-2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Handful of dill
salt and pepper

Lentil & tofu keftedakia (makes 26)
500g cooked lentils
1 block of tofu
30g parsley
Small bunch of mint
Small bunch of dill
2 small eggs
1 onion
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt pepper
1/4 cup flour

    Και αυτό και τα μαφινάκια.
    Ποιός είναι ο airfryer που έχεις ? Εισαι ευχαριστημένη ? Εγώ έχω πάρει τον Ninja τον πεντάλιτρο αλλά είναι πολύ μικρός για 3 ενηλικα άτομα…… Πόση ώρα έψησες το tempeh και σε τι θερμοκρασία ?
    Για πεντανόστιμο και κυριως ευκολο στην πέψη ψωμάκι θα σου πρότεινα το JASONS 08 sourdough white. Τωρα που ήμουν στην κόρη μου στο Μπαθ είχα ξετρελαθεί με δαύτο……. καμία σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα ψωμια του σουπερ μάρκετ.
    Ποτε με το καλό το μωράκι ? Καλή δύναμη εύχομαι …..και με έναν πόνο.

  2. Mixing animal (eggs, cheese, meats or enny kinds of animal products) protein with soy protein or other vegetables protein, is not sustainable. Never and ever mix 2 kinds of protein together.
