This is our family's yearly tradition. We call it Sicilian Christmas Pizza (sometimes it's called Sfincione). It has two large onions that are cooked down into the sauce with a bunch of anchovies. It's topped with mozzarella, provolone, and a bread crumb topping with Pecorino Romano cheese.
