Sriracha Olive oil with pepper flakes and pepper skin floating in the oil. Safe if commercially made?

    Commercially, they have stricter rules. So. More likely to be safe. It probably lists an acidifier to get the PH low enough to prevent the bacterium from reproduction. But if its small batch craft stuff…. I wouldn’t risk it tbh.. small risk. But never zero.
