Mini loaf pans for the win!
—1.5 bags BBQ Quest Protein Chips, finely ground
—1 tsp each dry marjoram and salt
—.25 cup minced onion sautéd in 1 tsp olive oil
—.25 cup ketchup
—.25 cup egg whites
Mix this all together. Gently mix in 1# lean ground turkey (or your ground meat of choice) just enough to combine everything, don’t overwork it.
Divide into your mini loaf pans and top each with a mix of .5 tbsp BBQ sauce and .25 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until 160° F internal. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Looks great! Ground turkey is the champion of a cut, it just works for everything. Get some (a lot of) broccoli and some sweet potatoes and you’re in business
