Ingredients:
– 80g lettuce or mixed leafs
– 1 tangerine’s segments
– 25g pomegranate seeds
– 35g goat cheese, crumbled
– 15g walnuts, roughly chopped
– 1 slice of Parma ham, torn into pieces
For the dressing:
– 15g olive oil
– 8g honey
– 10g apple cider vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Start by washing and drying the lettuce, then cut it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl. Add the tangerine segments, crumbled goat cheese, pieces of Parma ham, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts to the bowl.
In a small cup, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine everything evenly. Serve immediately.
