Tried a little piece and my vision is starting to go blurry. Should I toss it?

    Looks aged to absolute perfection. I’d just lightly salt and pepper it then slap that onto the grill on high heat of course, you’re going to want to singe off some of the fuzz which will add a nice crust to it.
