Spice cake with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting for Christmas!

I was really thrilled with how this cake turned out. I wanted something simple yet elegant and it felt like I nailed it! I used these Wilton holly sprinkles (and realized how much easier my life would have been if I'd invested in some food tweezers for sprinkles ages ago!)

The sides aren't perfectly smooth but they're pretty dang good considering cream cheese buttercream is so soft.
