Baked these chocolate crinkle cookies today and they turned out pretty good. The discard adds a really nice flavor to it.

Used sunflower oil instead of avocado oil and refrigerated them for 24 hours prior to baking.

Made one batch using whole wheat flour (by accident) and another batch using all-purpose flour and adding chocolate chips to it.
