    First Christmas I’m making everything !
    There was oysters with different vinaigrettes and some uemboshi-flavoured sesame seeds.

    Some eggs mayo with gochujang, carmine (the red salad) with whipped feta, salty and spicy granola with some pork.

    Shrimps with green mayo (made with aneth infused-oil).

    Blinis, labneh, salmon gravelax and trout’s eggs.

    Tartelette with caramelized onions and a cheddar sauce on top, hazelnuts.

    Focaccia with walnut pesto and dried tomatoes.

    And a lot of cheeses 🪩✨❤️

  9. hehe going through the pictures I was sure that you were french, I have almost the same menu every year plus some meat (usually chapon) and some kind of potato side (this year it was pomme duchesse) !
