Sausage Tortellini Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Itallian Sausage
2 cans diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
8oz Cream Cheese
3 cups fresh spinach
Instructions:
1. Brown the Sausage
In a large soup pot or Dutch oven, cook the Italian sausage over medium-high heat. Break it into small pieces with a spatula as it cooks. Once the sausage is browned, add the dried basil, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes to the sausage.
2. Add Tomatoes, Broth and Cream Cheese
Pour in the diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine then add cream cheese. Let cook till well combined.
3. Cook the Tortellini
Add the refrigerated cheese tortellini to the simmering soup. Cook according to the package instructions, usually for about 7-9 minutes, or until the tortellini are tender and float to the surface.
4. Add Fresh Spinach
Just before serving, add the fresh spinach leaves to the hot soup. Stir until the spinach wilts and becomes tender.

Hey Friend, Happy Tuesday. I’m sure your husband felt appreciated from that honor. Wow girl you can sing I love your voice and I enjoyed hearing the others at church singing as well. 😊 I need to make another teeth cleaning appointment because I am overdue for one. I enjoy when they clean my teeth but I hate when they tell me things I need done with my teeth that don’t cause me pain. 🙄😅 also I have an eye doctor appointment on January 14 that I am going to because my glasses are falling apart. 😢
