Ingredients:
Bulgur – 150 g (raw)
Water – 300 ml.
Butter – 20 g.
Wash the bulgur, fry in butter for about 2 – 3 minutes, then add water and cook on low heat for 10 – 15 minutes, cool.
Tomatoes – 400 g.
Parsley
Green onion
Mint – 10 g.
Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil – 1 – 2 tbsp.
