The whole plate has 485 kcal, 12,9 g of Protein, 55,6 g Carbs and 19 g fat and it keeps you warm and full for quite some time.
Most of the times vegan or vegetarian alternatives like oat cream have way less calories than their original counterpart. Since I don’t find here vegan recipes very often I thought I‘ll share 🙂
The spices I used, that I did not track were: salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, garlic and onion powder, paprika and two bay leaves
