Christmas Tenderloin. How’s the cook?

    A hair undercooked for my personal preference. Just a hair. Still beautiful. If you served it to me, I would tell you it’s perfect and enjoy the crap out of it.

    Cook temp? I’m assuming reverse sear– what internal did you pull it at?

  5. Did you do a tenderloin butt? I used it for the first time this year since that was all that I could find… Used to do prime rib but now I’m hooked on the butt lol.

    Absolutely lovely. For the Future may I suggest using a Finishing salt like Fleur de Sel? It would really make that meat pop.
