If so why such low protein than I thought I’d end up with. Also forgot to add cheese macros

    This was how I tracked too- I had 4 pages of breakdowns of all of the ingredients and foods I ate, and then I built some recipes. Sometimes, the protein and calorie/ per portion size is different depending on where you get the information from, So I would always cross reference my big ticket items from more than one source. Cheese is a big one to add, but maybe double check your chicken info.
