Throw some shredded cheese on some chips and toss it in the microwave. The absolute worst way to make “nachos.”

Good lord just like the nachos I’d make as a 6yr old in the microwave with good old shredded “mexican” cheese blend, thankfully I got better at making them as I grew up.

Phoenix and Tucson have some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. They wouldn’t serve this in the cafeteria at U of A.
