So I did this with about 25 oz of tomato sauce, 12 oz of cauliflower (before cooked) 7 oz of rotisserie chicken (the breast and a bit of dark meat), 12 oz gnocchi and a couple cubes of frozen spinach and some grana Padano cheese. All of it made about 4 servings, 13 oz each. And lemme tell ya, super filling. You could absolutely take out the gnocchi, but I wanted a lil carb in there. All in all an amazing dinner to have on a cold winter night, and decently cheap meal to make at that.
