Shoot, I’m sure it tasted great but does not look good. Sear the steak way hotter next time. That pasta….? Add pasta water slowly and stir to emulsify it and make it creamy so it coats the noodles vs all chunky.
Or don’t, do whatcha like! I prefer a great crust on my steak and if I’m doing a cheesy sauce with pasta I def want it creamy and smooth.
