These are scorched serranos, sliced and pickled in a soy sauce/vinegar brine. They have a legit bite and scratch the spicy and pickle itch at the same time.

  1. Haven’t had those. But one of my many taco joints has a roasted pork with citrus and toreados, some of my favorites. And I live in taco town USA.

  2. They are really good. I made some homemade ones with chiles from my garden, used a recipe from chilepeppermadness and they were absolutely incredible
