Me and a few redditors ventured to Sanders BBQ Supply Co for lunch today. Wow. I have a new favorite BBQ place on Chicagoland. Where add a lot of places have weaknesses, i didn't find one on this trip.
Brisket, Beef Rib, chimichurri winwings, the pickles, the sweet potato corn bread (which they provide outrageous portions on), the Cole slaw all hit and hit good.
The owner sent over their brisket burger and catfish for us to try, which was super cool out him. I can't speak on the catfish as it's not my bag, but that burger was a top 5 burger in the whole city for me. No frills, just a great mix and tasted so good.
I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!
