Continuing my mission to make as many sandwiches as possible from the The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches (by Susan Russo), #26 is the classic breakfast sandwich. I neglected to toast the outer sides, but it was still good! I'm back from my break for the holidays, although I will be slowing down on these a little 🙂
