This Homemade Chermoula Sauce makes about 1 ½ – 2 cups. Fresh, herby, and full of earthy flavors, this sauce is ideal to use as a dipping sauce, marinade, or for basting your favorite protein. Store your chermoula sauce in a well-fitting mason jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
▶ Recipe Ingredients ~
• 1 cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
• 1 cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
• 4-5 cloves Garlic (Roughly chopped)
• 1 piece Ginger (About 1-inch piece, roughly chopped)
• 1 green Chile (Roughly chopped)
• Fresh Lemon Juice (Juice of 1 lemon)
• ¼ cup Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin
• ¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
• ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp White Vinegar
Directions ~
• Add all the ingredients to the blender jar
• Blend to a fine sauce
• Use as desired!
