Pumpkin Bread Ice Cream:
302 Calories | 47g Protein | 20g Carbs | 2.5g Fat

INGREDIENTS

Good:
– 112g Self Rising Flour
– 75g Whey Protein Powder
– 7g Coconut Flour
– 65g Erythritol
– 3 Packets of Sweetener
– 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
– 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
– 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
– 1/3 tsp of Salt
– 375g Pumpkin Puree
– 127g Greek Yogurt
– 3 Eggs
– 1 Tbs of Vanilla Extract

Better:
– 24g Erythritol
– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
*Mix together and sprinkle muffins with cinnamon sugar before baking.

Best:
– 28g Fat Free Cream Cheese
– 28g Greek Yogurt
– 5g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
– 5g Vanilla Casein Protein Powder
– 1 Packet of Sweetener
– Almond Milk to consistency
*Makes enough for 4 muffins

Bake @ 350°F for 23 mins.

Frosting adds 20 calories and 3.5g Protein to each muffin.

Pumpkin Bread Ice Cream:
– 1 Cup Fat Free Milk
– 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
– 15g Whey Protein Powder
– 15g Casein Protein Powder
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1 Packet of Sweetener
– Pinch of Salt
– Pinch of Xanthan Gum
– A Couple Spanks of Cinnamon
Mix In:
– 1 Protein Pumpkin Muffin

  4. In my country they don’t sell pumpkin puree but my dad goes to the us from time to time and I ask him to bring me pumpkin puree cans as well as sf maple syrup and pb2 😂
