One way to eat kale daily

  1. Freeze kale in large tupperware containers.
  2. Blend 100 grams of frozen kale for 2 to 3 cycles into 1.5 cups of your preferred smoothie milk. I add a tablespoon and a half of banana powder for better flavoring.

The freezing of the kale reduces its flavor and makes it more neutral vs. blending thawed/fresh kale. For me, this is the only way I can eat it outside of sautéed. Also I use “Curly Kale” as i find it less bitter than the other kinds of Kale.
