    You’re getting close, but I’d say you could cook it a little longer. Beef Wellington is very challenging. I salute you for taking it on.

    Looks great, but could definitely be cooked a while longer. Still way better than I could do! I think a little more time cooking will make everything come together better, but if it were just a steak it’d be quite nice.

    Cook is closer to rare but that an easy fix. The pastry is bang on and that is the hardest part. Nice job!
