Everything should have garlic in it, lol. I even keep a tub of toum in my fridge at all times. I always smell like a garlic factory.😅 This looks way better than other recipes I've seen online.
In Iran we don't put garlic in it. But we have sir mast. سیر ماست Which is yogurt and garlic. Also some people put ice in mast o khiar. So its a little bit more diluted. There is another thing called ab doogh khiar which is yogurt, water, cucumber mint and raisin. What you made is mixture of all the three above.
Your love of garlic told me I would be a fool not to subscribe so I subscribed. I cannot agree more. If it’s a savory dish, is it really done right if there’s no garlic in it??

Love it on pita or Syrian bread. ❤
ایرانی هستی ❤❤؟؟
My Persian bosses made it with sour cream instead of yogurt. I prefer it over Greek yogurt as does their customer base.
So how everyone else makes it?

I love tzatziki. I am used to the Greek version, which sounds a lot like this. Included with Greek souvlaki dinners in restaurants.
