Finally had the chance to check out OIB after having wanted to go for several months. Went on a Saturday around 6:30pm, and was seated at like 7:30. We sat around the bar while we waited, the beers we had were fantastic. I tried their “Cinnamon Prost” which was labeled as a “white stout”, and it was one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Strong notes of cinnamon and vanilla, definitely not one I could drink a lot of, but a 10oz was super enjoyable.
Food wise, I ordered the double cheeseburger which was their version of a Big Mac, and my partner got Brisket tacos. Food came out in less than 10min. Burger was cooked well, and I personally love breaded fries so I enjoyed that. My partner enjoyed her tacos too, definitely better than what you’d expect from a brewery, very filling also.
Overall, will definitely go back and I’m glad it lived up to my expectations!
